You will get an order confirmation on email/SMS/WhatsApp with details about your purchase after you place your order. In the message you will find a link to book your on-boarding call with our Care Team. At-Home Medical Kit: If the subscription you chose includes our At-Home Kit, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our facility. You can use the tracking link in the shipment confirmation to follow your order all the way to your home.
