A personal experience. A purpose that changed my journey.

For more than three decades, I worked at the intersection of healthcare and technology, helping hospitals and healthcare organisations improve the way they deliver care to patients.

But in 2020, when a critical illness made me a patient myself, my perspective on healthcare changed.

I realised that one of the most important parts of a patient's healthcare journey often happens outside the hospital or doctor's clinic — at home, following medical advice, recovering, managing a condition or simply needing reassurance.

A patient's need for care doesn't end when the consultation ends.

That experience gave me a new purpose: to find a way for healthcare to remain connected to patients beyond the consultation.

It led to the founding of Gleeo Health and the creation of MyGleeo — bringing together healthcare expertise, technology and human support to make continuous care possible.

Mukta brings over 35 years of experience in healthcare technology, having held leadership roles across organisations including Apollo Hospitals, Aster DM Healthcare, HCL, CSC and Dell.

Her work spans India, the Middle East, United Kingdom and the United States, including pioneering hospital information systems, healthcare technology transformation and large-scale healthcare delivery solutions.

At Gleeo Health, she brings this experience to building a new approach to care beyond the consultation — one that combines technology, healthcare services and human support.

Dr. Sanjeev Arora brings over 30 years of experience in paediatrics and neonatology, having worked with leading hospitals in India, including Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan (LNJPN) Hospital and Sant Parmanand Hospital.

His extensive clinical experience gives him a deep understanding of children's healthcare needs across different stages of growth and development, as well as the challenges parents face between consultations.

At MyGleeo, his expertise helps shape paediatric Patient Programs, including age-appropriate care guidance, clinical protocols and escalation pathways.

Making continuous care a part of everyday healthcare.

We believe the need for care doesn't follow the schedule of consultations. It continues through recovery, growth, development and the everyday challenges of managing health.
